Paicer is a South African AI automation studio. We help businesses remove the friction from their operations by building practical automations on the tools they already use.
Founded by Kobus Kunz, based in Pretoria. We work with a trusted network of specialists to scope and deliver each engagement.
How we work
Fixed pricing
Every project is quoted before work starts. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices. If scope changes, we agree on a revised price before continuing.
Sprint-based delivery
Most builds ship within 2 to 4 weeks. We scope tightly, build fast, and test against real data before handover.
Senior-led delivery
Your project is handled by a senior consultant from scoping through to handover. No account managers in the middle, no junior staff on the build.
Your tools, not ours
We build on Make.com, OpenAI, and Anthropic, wired into whatever you already use: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, your CRM, or your own database.

Satisfaction guarantee
If the delivered build does not match the agreed spec, we fix it at no charge. The spec is agreed in writing before work starts.
48-hour response
All queries to solutions@paicer.net are answered within 48 business hours. Urgent issues in the first 30 days after go-live get same-day responses.
Fixed price
The price quoted is the price invoiced. No add-ons, no change fees unless the scope changes and you approve the new price in writing first.
