The deliverable is a multi-quarter automation roadmap with a full Ops Canvas, a ranked Opportunity Matrix, detailed briefs for the top 5 to 7 builds and an ROI summary across three scenarios. The Ops Canvas is only produced at this tier.

The Deep Evaluation fee is not an add-on to a build. It is a standalone consulting deliverable.
